Français : Relief. Ancien babylonien (Mésopotamie). Irak, sud. 19e-18e siècle AEC. Panneau rectangulaire en relief en terre cuite, H 49,50 cm., Épaisseur : 4,8 cm.; modelé en relief face avant, représentant une figure féminine nue avec des ailes et des serres à plumes effilées, debout, les jambes jointes ; représenté de face, coiffe composée de quatre paires de cornes surmontées d'un disque ; porte un collier élaboré et des bracelets à chaque poignet ; tenant ses mains au niveau de ses épaules avec une tige et un anneau dans chacune ; figure soutenue par une paire de lions adossés au-dessus d'une échelle représentant des montagnes ou un terrain vallonné, et flanquée d'une paire de hiboux.
